With nearly 20 years of experience across industries in both the public and private sectors, finance executive, Joel Githiri, CPA has established an impactful track record. As a senior finance leader, he has navigated the financial, operational, and strategic needs of organizations with revenues ranging from less than $1 million to approaching $1 billion.
Through targeted acquisitions and ongoing financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Joel has successfully stimulated significant growth at organizations of varying sizes.
Additionally, through his 360º leadership style and a keen eye for identifying inefficiency, Joel has productively installed strategies for increased operational efficiency and development of both people and processes, improving organizational performance.
